Refund Policy

We deeply value the generosity of our donors. This Donation Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations may be cancelled or refunded, in line with good governance practices and applicable South African laws.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all donations made to TriblMan through any channel, including:

Direct bank transfers or debit orders

Corporate or sponsorship contributions
3. General Principles

Donations are made voluntarily to support TriblMan’s mission and are generally non-refundable.

4. Donation Cancellations
4.1. Once-Off Donations
If a donor made an unintentional or duplicate donation, a cancellation request may be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Proof of payment and donor identification will be required.
4.2. Recurring Donations
Donors may cancel a recurring donation at any time by providing at least 10 business days’ written notice prior to the next scheduled deduction.

5. Donation Refunds
Refunds may be approved at the sole discretion of TriblMan in the following cases:

Duplicate donations made in error.

Incorrect donation amounts due to processing errors.

Unauthorized transactions verified through the donor’s financial institution.

Administrative or technical errors by TriblMan or its payment partners.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the donation date.
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6. Non-Refundable Donations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

The donor voluntarily made the contribution and later changed their mind.

The donation has already been allocated or used in a project or programme.

The request is received after 30 days from the donation date.
7. Incorrect Amounts and Transaction Errors
If a donor notices an incorrect amount debited from their account, they should notify TriblMan immediately at hello@triblman.org.
We will liaise with the payment service provider or financial institution to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To protect donor privacy and prevent fraud, TriblMan may request supporting documentation such as:
